Peli-Hardigg cases

Heavy-duty protection for demanding equipment and logistics.

Peli-Hardigg cases are designed for equipment that requires more substantial protection through demanding transportation, deployment and storage.

The Hardigg name is now part of Peli following Pelican Products’ acquisition of Hardigg Industries. The Peli-Hardigg range continues to encompass heavy-duty rotationally moulded cases and specialist logistics formats designed for military, industrial and other demanding applications.

B&D supplies Peli-Hardigg solutions where their construction, size, handling features or logistics capabilities provide the right basis for a project, then develops the interior and wider protection system around the equipment being carried.

About Peli-Hardigg

Peli-Hardigg differs from the familiar injection-moulded Peli Protector range in both construction and typical application. Rotational moulding allows large, tough case structures to be produced for equipment that may exceed the dimensions, payloads or operating requirements of lighter case families.

Within the range, Single Lid cases provide a large choice of rugged shipping formats, while ISP2 introduces an inter-stacking system intended to improve the stability and utilisation of palletised and containerised loads.

Peli continues to develop Hardigg-derived products under the Peli-Hardigg name, including lighter-weight variants of established Single Lid formats.

Expert design

Designed around your equipment

For larger or mission-critical equipment, case selection needs to consider considerably more than external dimensions.

B&D reviews payload weight, centre of gravity, shock and vibration sensitivity, lifting and handling, transport modes, deployment requirements and how operators will access and repack the equipment.

Where Peli-Hardigg provides the appropriate outer container, we can design the internal protection around these requirements. For fleets of equipment, we can also consider how multiple cases work together as a logistics system, including case sizing, packing density, palletisation and commonality across a programme.
