Waterproof cases

Waterproof polypropylene cases offering a broad choice of sizes for sensitive equipment used in demanding environments.

Explorer Cases are manufactured in Italy and provide a wide family of protective cases for transport, storage and operational use. The range includes compact cases, larger wheeled formats and newer lightweight HL variants, giving B&D a useful spread of dimensions when matching a standard case platform to the equipment.

Explorer models are manufactured from copolymer polypropylene and certified to IP67, providing protection against dust and water ingress. Depending on model, features include pressure equalisation, corrosion-resistant hinges, padlockable points, retractable handles and free-running wheels.

B&D has supplied Explorer products for many years and can use them as the basis of a case-and-foam solution designed around the specific item or system that needs to be protected.

Designed around your equipment

B&D considers the case dimensions together with the equipment layout, sensitivity, transport method and operator requirements. The internal solution can then be designed around the product itself, controlling movement and helping make the equipment straightforward to pack, identify and use.

Where the requirement changes, B&D can assess other Explorer sizes or alternative case technologies rather than forcing the equipment into a predetermined format.
