A rugged waterproof case range combining strong environmental protection with easy-to-operate press and pull latches.
Peli Storm cases provide a broad range of protective case sizes built around Peli’s lightweight HPX high-performance resin. The range is designed for sensitive equipment that needs robust protection while remaining practical to open, close, carry and deploy.
A defining feature is the press and pull latch system, which locks automatically when closed but can be released with a light action. Storm cases also incorporate a watertight sealing system, Vortex pressure valve and padlockable hasps, with wheels and towing features included on selected larger models.
Within B&D’s wider case portfolio, Storm gives our design team another proven platform from which to build a project-specific protective solution without forcing a requirement into one manufacturer or case type.
Barum & Dewar works with an extensive range of established protective case and container manufacturers, allowing us to focus on finding the right solution for your application rather than promoting a single product or material.

B&D starts with the equipment and project requirement rather than choosing a case first. We review the dimensions, weight, sensitivity, handling method, transport route and expected environment before assessing the most appropriate product platform.
Where Storm is selected, the internal protection can be designed around the specific equipment so that the outer case and cushioning system work together. The design can also consider access, presentation, packing sequence and user handling requirements where these affect the finished solution.
These cases are available with a range of features and specifications, including:

B&D supplies a broad range of rugged protective cases from established manufacturers, allowing our design team to remain focused on the requirement. We can assess Storm alongside alternative case technologies and develop the complete protective packaging solution around the equipment being protected.
This combination of product choice, engineering knowledge and in-house design capability helps customers move from a case requirement to a solution that works through transportation, storage and operational use.
